I'm Chef Devin Homsher. Food has always been more than just a meal—it’s a way to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories. What started as a childhood love for cooking quickly turned into a lifelong passion that’s taken me around the globe and back.
Inspired by one of my culinary idols, Anthony Bourdain, I share the same deep appreciation for food as a bridge between cultures and people. Like Bourdain, I believe that the best meals aren’t just about what’s on the plate—but about the stories, the company, and the journey that brought them together.
From building and running a local taco truck in Kaka'ako to exploring kitchens in Spain, Italy, Mexico, Japan, and other countries, I have immersed myself in the flavors and techniques of cultures near and far. My culinary style blends those global influences into a unique fusion experience that’s fresh, flavorful, and full of heart.
Now based in Honolulu County, I offer private dinners and curated events that are as meaningful as they are delicious. Every dish is made with a commitment to quality ingredients—sourced locally whenever possible—and a deep belief in the power of food to bring people together.
